Fred was fast becoming my favorite character. Oh Fred…
Quite something else to have ABC pull a double bait-and-switch. The military shows up without guns, and I was thinking they tricked us with the teaser for this week, and then they change it up again and have the military guys equip with the big guns. Well played, writers, well played.
As to the Thompsons and Belamy. My first impression was that the Thompsons had to be from the 30’s or 40’s, but when I started thinking about how Agent Belamy could be the son, it occurred to me that my grandparents, who were poor, dressed pretty similarly to that in the 60’s and 70’s.
Here is to hoping…expecting, that season 2 comes sooner rather than later.
